BookingBunch is a small, new travel agency. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you share with us — whether through this website, by phone, or by email.
What we collect, and how
The contact form on our website doesn't send anything to a BookingBunch server. When you submit it, it opens your own email app with the details filled in — nothing is transmitted or stored unless you choose to send that email yourself.
If you email us directly at [email protected], that message lands in our mailbox (hosted by MXroute) and we use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you book with us, to plan your trip.
If you call (321) 321-2852, your call may be answered by an AI voice assistant that takes down your name, contact details, and what kind of trip you're picturing, so our team can follow up. Calls are handled using Twilio (telephony) and ElevenLabs (the voice assistant) as our service providers.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit our site. It's cookieless and doesn't track you individually — we only see aggregate, non-identifying traffic data.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number — through our website, by calling us, or by texting us — we may send you SMS messages about your trip inquiry or booking, such as confirmations, itinerary updates, or answers to your questions.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
No mobile opt-in data or consent will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected for SMS messaging is used solely to communicate with you about your BookingBunch trip.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers named above, solely to operate our phone line, text messaging, email, and site analytics, or if we're legally required to.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're arranging travel for a group, please only share other travelers' contact details with us if you have their okay to do so.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We're a brand-new company and this policy will likely evolve as we grow. We'll update the date at the top of this page when it does.
